Help Alberto visit his family

Alberto Guerrero has been diagnosed with lymphoma, and currently receiving hospice services.  Alberto has 14 siblings, and most of his siblings live in Tijuana, Mexico.  Alberto's last wish is to visit his family at the Mexican border in California.  Alberto hasn't seen his family for 18 years.
Unfortunately Alberto's financial resources are limited.  To make his wish come true he will need assistance with travel expenses (car rental, car insurance, gas, food, and lodging). Alberto's wish is to take this trip with his four dogs and a lifelong friend.  He is unable to fly.
