Help A Single Mom of 2 Affected By The Shutdown

I am a single mother and student of 2 young daughters that has been affected by the recent government shutdown.  I have been in my current position at Internal Revenue Service for a little over a year now. I am also pursuing my Associate's degree for Hotel Management while juggling the day to day activities of being a single mother. This shutdown has hit us hard as we have just recently moved and I have not built my savings back up. Now I am rapidly falling behind on my bills and struggling to put food on the table for my children. I have attempted to withdraw from my 401K but was told I am ineligible to do so. I applied for unemployment weeks ago but I am still waiting for a decision. I have taken up driving for Ubereats and Doordash but I only make enough for gas money, groceries, and payments towards my light bill, which is a prepaid account. I have been recalled back to work and I will be working tirelessly to ensure millions of people get their tax refunds back in a timely manner this year, but I'll be doing this without pay... and with my debts quickly growing. This also means I will only be able to drive for Ubereats and Doordash on the weekends which would severely diminish the amount of money I can make to keep food on the table. Currently, I need assistance with afterschool care fees, healthcare premiums for my daughters, car note and car insurance, vehicle tag and license renewal (my birthday on February1 is approachingquickly), and depending on how long this shutdown continues, I'll need assistance with my rental fees for the month of February. And most importantly, I need prayer and words of encouragement because this is stressful and it gets difficult sometimes trying to pretend as if everything is ok as to not worry my children.
