Help a New Dad fight a Brain Tumor

At 3:00 a.m. on February 28th, 2017, Jake Hiett suffered a seizure in his sleep.

After an ambulance had rushed him to the hospital, an MRI was performed and a large 7-centimeter mass was discovered in the left frontal lobe of his brain.
His current insurance plan does not cover the full cost of the craniotomy and removal of the mass, hospital stay, and possible radiation treatment if it can not be fully removed.

He will also not be able to work during the 6 to 12 weeks period after to the surgery which will cause financial strain on his young family.

He will be undergoing two surgeries, the first being March 2nd, at 7:00 am est.

All donations will go towards hospital bills, medical expenses, and helping his family through this financial hardship.

Jakes Brother, Brandon Hiett will be withdrawing the funds on behalf of Jake. The withdrawn funds will be used immediately to pay for hospital bills and deductibles, any other funds will be transferred to Jake Hiett via wire transfer or check.

Any donation that isn't used will be donated back into similar fundraisers.

Jake is a young guy at the age of 25, just had his first son in October 2016, and has so much more life to live.

We are blessed to have such wonderful and supportive friends and loved ones.
