help a disabled trans man get pain treatment

my name's nathan. i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 3-4 yrs ago, but have been struggling with chronic, constant pain for over a decade. after trying multiple medications - all of which left me with more side effects than pain relief - and managing the pain on my own through self-administered physical therapy, i'm desperate for help.

i have found a local clinic whose staff have yrs of experience with fibro and similar disorders/ailments, and they're working with me on costs and have allowed me to make payments instead of paying for each treatment as it arises... but it's still costly when you're living paycheck to paycheck.
not only that, but each treatment/session leaves me sore and exhausted and unable to get as much work done as i usually can... and right now, i'm doing 3 a week. in total, i have over 30 sessions to look forward to (and hopefully benefit from), but only if i can pay for them. here's a sample of the schedule they have me on... the yellow squares mark treatments.


i've gone through 4 sessions so far, with only 1 charged up front, and several free treatments have been given to me to see if they'll help me. since fibro is so different for each patient, they wanted to be sure i wanted to follow through before charging me. so far, it's helped me more than any of the medications or other therapies i've tried, and i'd like to continue it. so that's why i'm asking for help.

my insurance refuses to cover this, as they're not only outside my network, but considered a "specialist" that i don't need... especially since i refused the medications other drs wanted me on before i could access other forms of care (after trying them and having unmanageable side effects).

the treatment itself is ~2500 usd for the entire thing. that's over a years' worth of visits, all treatments i may need, x-rays, and several re-evaluations.
the other 500 dollars is to help me cover costs while i recover from the treatments. as time goes on, i'll need help with this less, since my treatments will be more and more spaced out. but right now, i'm struggling to keep my head above water.
