Hell of the West for Cancer Research & RESPECT

On 29 June, 2019, Ross Holden, Aidan O'Donohoe, Stephen Sheridan and Anthony Slein will be doing a triathlon known as Hell of the West in Kilkee, County Clare. The triathlon involves a 1.5km sea swim, followed by a 44km cycle and 10k run.
We have, to date, been raising funds for the amazing charity Breakthrough Cancer Research (https://www.breakthroughcancerresearch.ie/). This Irish organisation seeks to better the outcome of poor-prognosis cancers through innovative research and treatment design. Thank you for all of your generous support so far.
In light of the recent passing of the great man, David Kidd, we will also be raising money for the charity RESPECT in his memory. RESPECT is an Irish charity that provides support and funding to improve the lives of people with intellectual disability in the care of the Daughters of Charity service (https://www.respect.ie/). They do this by improving the surroundings and the independence of service users, through capital building projects and ground breaking research initiatives. We would really appreciate whatever you can give, whether great, small, or at all. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
