Hola durante mas de 20 años e ayudado a muchas personas como enfermero profesional . Recientemente fui diagnosticado con fallo renal en etapa terminal, lo que requiere que reciba diálisis 3 veces en semana.
Se me a ofrecido la opción de recibir un transplante de riñon. Para lo cual se quiere esta cantidad como uno de los requisitos para ser considerado y entrar en la lista de transplante. Agradezco la ayuda que me puedas ofrecer para poder llegar a la meta y asi poder tener una mejor calidad de vida.

Hello, for more than 20 years as a professional nurse, I've been helping people in their recovery and to have a better way of life. Recently I was diagnosed with renal failure in the last stages or end stage renal disease (ESRD), which requires me to be put on dialysis 3 times every week.
I've been given the option to receive a kidney transplant. But to be considered to be included in the transplant candidate list I need this amount of money. I appreciate any and all amount that you could give so I can reach my goal and that way I can have a better quality of life.
