Heather's Pancreatic Cancer Fund

On the 6th February 2019 my mum, who is only 45, was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal pancreatic cancer that had spread to her liver, there is no known cure for this type of cancer but with the help of family and friends we are hoping to raise money to help her explore alternative treatments to live her life for as long as possible. Its not the first time my family has been through this type of cancer as my grandfather passed away 17 years ago from the same thing.  Mum has always been there for everyone else, she worked for 10 years as a carer and always went above and beyond for everyone there, she is always there for her family and we want to give back to her, and help her live her life to the fullest. Despite this diagnosis she is still working as she doesn't want to let people down and the bills still need paying, we want to be able to help her out as much as possible to cover the added costs she now has and so she can spend time with her family and friends and have days off work when needed.  She also has 4 grandchildren, we are hoping to prolong her life as much as possible with the help of this fund so she can see them grow up and can remember their Nana!
