Heart Needed for Family of 5

Joshua Palczynsky has 3 beautiful girls and a loving wife who NEED him. He is 37 years old now and was taken to the hospital and admitted to ICU and diagnosed yesterday with cardiomyopathy and admitted to ICU. Now we have learned that he is in need of a heart transplant. He has less than 10 percent of his heart left functioning and he is being placed on a waiting list for a heart.
Josh lost his dad at 16 but went on and graduated highschool and grew into a hard working and loving husband and father and contributing loving member of society. Josh works VERY hard to support his family with many many hours of overtime and long hours but, unfortunately, he has no medical insurance and they cannot afford a transplant without HELP and his family will not be able to make it with him being unable to return to work. Josh LOVES his girls VERY much and it will crush him to watch them or his wife go without. Please give what you can. If its a penny, he will appreciate it because thats the kinda guy he is. This is my brother, fraternal twin to my little sister. Growing up, we had 7 people in our family, my mom and dad and 3 brothers and 2 of us sisters. Our father pastored a church and mom and dad raised us to believe in the power of prayer. When us kids were 16 and 17, we came home to find our father dead on his bed. He had a heart attack at 50 years old. The strongest, most loving man in our lives left us to deal with this world on our own. Josh was now the head of the house because my two older brothers had already grown up and moved out with their own families. Josh took care of me and my mom and my sister. He loved us and took up for us. He helped us move, and helped us gain our place in the world as our daddy would have if he had been alive. Josh used to call me and my sister and our mom his Eastern stars (we lived in East Texas)
I CAN'T LOOSE MY BROTHER. I NEED HIM TO LIVE! AND LIVE HEALTHY. PLEASE HELP HIM.
His girls need him. I cannot tell you what it did to us kids to loose our father at such a young age. His daughters are so sensitive. They hang on their daddy and wait at the door for him to get home from work. His wife adores him and they have been married about 16 years and counting.
