Hearing Dog Renelle Spleen Surgery

Renelle is my Hearing Dog, we have been together since April 2010. She was diagnosed with Liver Disease (Copper Storage, Hepatitis, and Cirrhosis) in June of 2012 at the age of 4. She has been doing quite well with this illness.
About 3 years ago, during a routine ultrasound, her Veterinarian Internist noticed that her spleen was slightly enlarged, at the time it was nothing to worry about, just something to be watched.
In the middle of March this year, her Internist noticed the spleen had a mass and wanted to aspirate it. While diagnose of the spleen for cancer is not guaranteed in an aspiration, that can only be determined by full removal of the spleen, the aspiration did show spinally cells. So her Doctor said it needs to be removed, although it is not about to burst, it can change, so the sooner the better.
I am tapped out of funds to pay for a $4000.00+ surgery. We really can use some help. I hate to ask for assistance, however, I am out of options.
Anyone who has met or knows Renelle, knows how special she is (yes I am bias). It is true. She is more than a Hearing Dog, she is my best friend, my comforter. People at work love her and sometimes come by just to take a few minutes to pet and love on her. She is the office facility dog too.
