He gets a fine for being romantic

During the first individual timetrial in the tour of Italy (cycling) the belgian rider Victor Campenaerts found a clever way to ask his crush out on a date. He did this by showing his chest to the camera where there was written "Carlien daten?" (See photo). A real romantic gesture and the girl also said yes, so so far no problems. However some of the race officials weren't so happy with this gesture and gave Victor a fine for damaging the image of cycling. I find this unbelieveble and totally wrong. This is why i start this crowdfunding, to help Victor pay for the fine (which was 100 CHF =91euro) and to help him have a great time on the date (extra money for a dinner a movie or whatever he would like). I'll make sure Victor will get these donations!
