Hi, we are the 2019 Durham Eagles Junior Varsity team and we are headed down to Walt Disney’s World Wide of Sports in Orlando to compete for the 2019 Pop Warner National Championship. These 12/13 yr old young men have worked extremely hard this year to qualify for Nationals. Through the long and hot summer these kids have put in an overwhelming amount of sweat & tears to become better football players as well as better young men. With all the great athletes that we have in different areas, this team is also loaded with Pop Warner Academic Scholars as well. This group of young men excel not only on the field but in the classroom too. As they prepare to represent the City of Durham and the state of North Carolina on a National stage , we are asking for any help that you can offer to reach our ultimate goal of bringing a National Championship back home to the Bull City. Let’s all chip in and make a week long experience of a lifetime a reality for this group of 20 outstanding young men. We appreciate all that you do!
