Helping Hazel

Hazel Jean Norris was born on March 8, 2016. In just a few months, Hazel has taught everyone much about strength and resilience. Around her two month birthday she be
gan having seizures. Hazel’s seizures have become more frequent and significant over time which has resulted in a scary diagnosis of infantile spasms(IS). Hazel has had extended stays at Children's Hospital, many visits to neurologists across the Twin Cities and countless tests. She will need as much support as possible on her road to better understanding possible treatments that can position her for better outcomes.

As you can imagine, the frequent hospital visits and tests have been very taxing on the family in many ways, including financially.  Gina is unable to go back to work as Hazel requires constant care and cannot be around other children. This GoFundMe account is being set up to help ease the financial burden this young family will continue to endure in order to ensure Hazel has the best care possible.  There is no financial goal for this fundraisier and Charlie and Gina did not ask for help. This campaign has been created simply because there have been so many people graciously asking how they can contribute and support the Norris family.
