Hayley's 30th Bday Car Accident Fund

On Sunday morning Aug 11, I was in the Newport/Covington 5th Street round-a-bout when another car made a very illegal u-turn at a fast speed, hitting my car. Fortunately no one was hurt, but my car has some pretty major damage. The front bumper, fender, headlight, wheel and potentially hood are hurt, leaving my car absolutely not drive-able. The pictures make the damage look insignificant, but it is in fact major. The fender has been jammed into the wheel, preventing the car from turning or moving much at all. I am still waiting to hear if there is any further not so visible body/mechanical damage. The party at fault had just the day before purchased their new Outback, so they still had their temporary tags. The responding officer would not give me the other party's information, saying that I must wait for him to file the report, which would take five business days. Because I don't have the other party's insurance information (temp tags somehow don't register in the national database), I am literally helpless and unable to work or move forward with car repairs. Because of Kentucky's annoying no-fault laws, regardless of whether or not I can get the other person's insurance information, I might be forced to file the claim through my provider, putting me, no matter what, on the line for the $500 deductible before being able to have to car returned to me, even though the other party has admitted 100% fault. I do not have that money to front, and am unable to work without my car. If the police report isn't filed until Friday, it would be sometime next week before the other party's insurance adjuster can look at the damage. So I am now facing a $500 deductible, and one to two weeks worth of lost income, which would be paying my $400 monthly car payment and $200 car insurance which are both due at the end of next week, and potentially a car storage fee at the garage and a car rental fee. 

SO friends, in lieu of presents or drinks this year, for my 30th birthday I am asking, if you can, to throw a couple of bucks my way to help me get my car back  and my car bills paid and back on the road. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!
