Haven't been able to work. Needing financial help

As most of you probably know, back in April of this year I was diagnosed with B-Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, which prevented me from being able to work for about 5 months during chemotherapy. Thankfully through the support of friends I was able to financially make it through that time, but now I find myself in financial hardship again because of my inability to work because of my health.

Throughout November and December, I have been in and out of the hospital because of neutropenic fever caused by a severely weakened immune system. In the last two months I have spent over 4 weeks in the hospital and have yet to be able to work a full week since returning to my job.

Currently I owe 2 months of rent, 2 months of car payments, and my credit cards are getting difficult to pay off because of the need to use them for essentials like food and gas. All I'm asking for is a little help to get myself caught up with essential bills and expenses like rent and car payments, because as it stands right now, I do not make enough money to do it on my own.
