Since our founding in 1926 and our re-founding in 1989, by the Sisters of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament, our mission continues with compassion, respect and acceptance to educate and encourage children, youth and families.
Our programs provide a safety net for those who reach out to us daily. Our purpose is to guide them to a life of success, self-efficiency and an attitude of giving back.
Three hundred plus children per year, ages 6 weeks to 5 years, would be left without the safe learning environment of the Blessed Sacrament Academy's Child Development Center .
Affordable costs, early childhood education and a caring staff serve the community by allowing parents to remain employed or in school with confidence their children are well cared for.
Blessed Sacrament Academy programs offer opportunities for families and youth who have come to the brink of giving up.
We have experienced that our world is better when we work together to give vulnerable families and youth the chance to get off the merry-go-round of dependence and need, and give them the tools to become contributing members of our society. We face many challenges as we provide these services to children and families in our community, and we are reaching out to YOU!
At this time, we are in dire need of replacing our 4 airconditioning/heating units which keep our children warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
After many repairs, we have little hope that they
will last much longer.
Please consider donating to Blessed Sacrament Academy to help replace these much needed A/C-Heating Units.
