Have a Heart for Kenny

My name is Mario Hayslett and I am a personal friend of Kenny Theus. Many of you in Lauderdale County and surrounding counties in Tennessee know Kenny and his heart condition. Over the past several months, Kenny's condition has gotten worse. He is now in Vanderbilt University Medical Center hospital in Nashville, TN awaiting a heart surgery; however, his insurance won't cover the cost of the surgery and his post-surgery needs. Kenny has always been a loving, helping individual -- often doing clothes giveaways, fun-days for the kids, community food drives and other outreach efforts. Now is a time we can give back to him, and WE NEED YOUR HELP!

For the surgery, his social worker has informed him that he needs at least $5,000. After that, care costs will continue. The medical team is ready to move forward with surgery. In 2 to 3 weeks, his post-surgery care will begin. Help us raise the funds for his surgery. With a successful surgery, we are hopeful that Kenny can begin helping others again like he used to.
