The Friends of the Harbor DM Inc. was formed to support the Harbor Defense Museum activities and events. Located in historic Fort Hamilton, the museum supports the local military community and thousands of children from the local community every year. The museum is an integral part of the post' events such as fleet week, the US Army Birthday and more.
Any donation you give will be used strictly for the upkeep, and maintenance of the Harbor Defense Museum, and more importantly, to provide educational programs such as as historical re-enactments, new displays, speakers and other events for the community.
We hope to keep this page open as a continuous source of public donations.

All appropriate paperwork for the formation of a 501(c3) has been filed with the IRS, and we expect to have approval in the next couple of months. As such, donations will be tax deductible as allowed by law.
