Hanneke's Kenya Mission Trip

I am excited to let everyone know that I am heading to Kenya in Jan 2018 on a two-week mission trip. I will be part of a team of young adults from my church, Gateway Baptist. Our team is one of many that are heading overseas as part of Gateway’s mission to bring hope to the world (you can check out some more info at http://gatewaybaptist.com.au/beyond/).

I’m so excited to be a part of this team and to have the opportunity to share the good news of Jesus with the people of Kenya. As part of our trip we will be working along side long term missionaries Ryan and Anna Cuthel in helping vulnerable youth; kids ministry; street evangelism; teaching in schools; learning about ministering to isolated people; meeting and working with local Christians; and experiencing what life is like in Kenya.

However, this trip is quite expensive and I cannot do it alone - all of you can play a massive role in this mission trip by partnering with me financially and spiritually through prayer.  I am relying on God to provide – whether that be through your generosity, more work opportunities, increased hours, successful fundraising or any other way He pleases (after all, God works in mysterious ways right??).
