Haiti Mission Trip 1/21-1/28

I'm Zach and I'm from Advance, NC just outside of Winston-Salem.

It has been since Summer 2014 since I have last been to the nations (Athens, Greece) on mission. This coming January I have decided to follow God's calling back to the nations (Haiti) for the week of my birthday. And what better way to spend your birthday than sharing the love of Jesus?

I will be going with and organization known as I'm ME (https://imme.org). I'm ME is an organization dedicated to ending the orphan cycle in Haiti and helps to sustain and empower the local family through care, prevention, and stewardship. There are numerous orphans in Haiti who have no idea what it is like to belong to a family, to be loved, and to be accepted. My prayer is that my team would be the hands and feet of Jesus to the numerous orphans living in Haiti. I will be using the funds raised to travel to Haiti, but also to travel, lodge, and eat while in Haiti. The funds will be used to provide orphans with simple necessities such as soap, shampoo, toys, etc.

As you're also aware, Haiti is an impoverished place which has recently been effected by a number of hurricanes. I hope that my team will be able to provide relief and aid for less fortunate families who are still devastated by these recent hurricanes.
Above all else, my prayer is that lives would be changed by the gospel. We have all have physical needs and the people of Haiti certainly have more than we do.

However, our biggest need is Jesus. Apart from Him, the people of Haiti who do not know the Lord are lost, broken, and in need of Savior. But how shall they hear? How shall they place their faith in Jesus if no one is to tell them of Jesus (Rom. 10:14-15)? We who were once orphans are now sons and daughters of the living God and this is my same prayer for the people of Haiti (Eph. 1:5)!

Would you prayerfully consider financially supporting this mission to Haiti? If you are not able to financially support this trip, I assure you that your prayers mean even more to me- for me, my team, and the lives of the haitians. I am confident that God will supply the funds needed to go by January 14th and I am thankful for you, your previous support, prayers, and encouragement.
