Hadassah's medical treatment

My mame is Kisner Jean, a resident in Rochester, New York.  I am a social worker  who is committed to being the voice of  Hadassah Winnie Saint Luc who has been fighting for her life in Haiti.
Please help save the life of this vulnerable girl, Hadassah Winnie who is currently in Haiti. She is 2 years of age.  This little girl has been diagnosed with Hydrocephalus shortly after her birth. Instead of getting better, she has recently become blind and that she experiences various types of pain in her body.  Meanwhile, the accumulation of fluid in her brain has contributed to enlarging her head and making it bigger from time to time. Sadly, Hadassah’s parents have become so hopeless that they feel that all the doors have been closed on them as they are presently in the most critical and emotional distress, including financial hardships.  There are two doctors in Rochester area, one neurosurgeon and one pediatrician who are willing to look at this girl’s case.  They say that she needs to undergo a surgery as soon as possible.  According to these doctors, the longer she waits the less beneficial the surgery will be because of her current age (2 years-old). Nonetheless, it is not cost-effective to bring her to the United States for the type  of surgery she would need to save her life. At this time, we need your financial assistance to help this vulnerable girl go through some surgical procedures.
