Raymond Rivera has operated The 360 House for over 10 years. He wanted to give men struggling with addiction a chance to turn their lives around and make a smooth transition back into society. The 360 House has had up to as many as 52 beds filled at one time.
The financial responsibility required to operate The 360 House is tremendous and they have fallen behind. Raymond started a loan modification process in hopes of getting the loan current and has been going back-and-forth to court for over two years.
At the final court hearing, the judge asked if Raymond lived in the property. Raymond’s attorney advised him that he must claim to live in the property in order for the loan to be reinstated. Raymond refused to lie to the judge so the loan modification was denied. The court would not modify the loan unless it was Raymond's primary residence.
