Archie’s Army,Inc a California 501c(3) organization is implementing the first phase of a Mobil Transportation program to pick up the Unsheltered,veterans and seniors to take them to the various hot meal centers and free hot showers.
The reason we are reaching out to the community and businesses is to assist us with implementing This valuable program. Because of our Mobile pickup program we have been able to provide transportation to over 2,000 homeless individuals on limited funds, in the last year. It is especially important to those unsheltered that might be sleeping in locations where there is lack of transportation and difficulty of securing their personal belongings while they seek a way to get access to a hot meal or a hot shower and change of clothing.
Archie's Army is an all volenteer organization in dire need of funds for gas,oil, insurance, and funds to pay a part time driver.
The funds are badly needed immediately especially during the winter and rainy season.
