All that know me know that I love life!  I am thankful for each day regardless of the tough times I have faced and what is ahead of me.  No matter the challenges I may be going through I greet everyone with a smile and a God Bless you.

Each day, we are all faced with our own challenges in life, some more than others.  Through my own challenges, I am blessed every day to have our amazing God guide me through every one of those challenges. With his amazing grace he has given me the strength to grow stronger and beat so many battles along the way.  But this one I may not be able to beat. I am not afraid to die; I just pray every day I can be in my home state of Washington holding my Mom’s hand and being with my family who mean the world to me.

On October of 2013, I flew out to Arizona to visit family. My plan was to just visit and return to my home state of WA.  Due to health reasons, I was not able to return home.  In November 2013, due to my health situation, I was admitted into the hospital followed by Nursing Home care.  On December 24th, 2013, I went completely blind. In 2015, I was diagnosed with three different cancers and on October 24th, 2016 I had a stroke.  Along with being diagnosed with cancer, I also have a very rare form of Osteomyelitis, a very rare infection that has attacked my bones, nervous system and organs and am now paralyzed from the legs down. Eight months ago, my doctors in Flagstaff told me there is no cure or treatment for this disease and gave me six months to live. I go to my doctor’s appointments and they look at me amazed that I am still going.  When the doctors and nurses ask me what am I holding on to,my answer every time is that I want to be home in Washington with my family.

Those that know me know it is not easy for me to ask for help.  I have been blessed to have friends and people I do not even know step up already and help me out, but there are more needs to be met.  I need assistance with the costs of moving to Washington, and once I arrive will need help with medical, caregiver expenses, security deposits for housing, transportation to doctor visits, and costs for rental housing and/or Adult Care housing until my application for Medicaid is processed, which can take two months after arriving in Washington.  A small portion of the funds will be used to create a Miller trust that will pay for my living and medical expenses.

When it is my time to graduate from my time here on earth and meet our God face to face, I will be ready. My plan and hope is to be in Washington in November. The funds are needed sooner than later, and time is of the essence. I ask that you pray about it and if you can help me out financially in my time of need, I can’t express how grateful I will be.  If you are not able to give, please keep me in your prayers.

God Bless each and every one of you!
