I need your help.
Many of you know me as blueingreer and I have considered many of you as friends for years. Please consider just how desperate I am to reach out to you guys like this but I have to hope for a miracle right now.
I have been through a lot the last half a dozen years but I was doing all right until a couple of months ago. I have had various health problems and I was working through them until one day at work my legs simply gave out and I collapsed. I finished out that day but a couple of days later it happened again and over the next two weeks it happened 4 more times before I got my hands on a walker that I use all of the time.
Doctors say it's severe neuropathy and a complication of colon cancer. Needless to say my working days are done and I applied for disability.
Here is where I need help, I had no health insurance at the time and between doctors and rent I went through my savings pretty fast, which does mean I can get Medicaid but it also means I have no money to pay rent or living expenses until the disability comes through and they say it will be a couple of more months.
My family has helped a lot but they are not rich and I need help now, the Landlady has been understanding but that understanding is about over and moving in with my family is not an option right now.
Obviously, I am desperate or I wouldn't be doing this, now I need a Christmas miracle from my fellow Detroit Lion fans because I have nowhere else to turn. I understand if you cannot help, but if you are in a position to help even a little it will be greatly appreciated. With your help I plan to hang on until they finally win a Super Bowl.
