Groome Employee Hurricane Relief

Groome Transportation has over 150 employees in Houston, Texas. Every one of them has been affected in some way by Hurricane Harvey. We have several that have been evacuated to shelters and are presumed to have lost everything. Many have been unable to get out of their homes for days. All of them lost time from work. We are happy to report that everyone is safe and no one was injured or lost.
They are a very resilient group of people and are dedicated to their jobs. We actually had drivers providing service to our clients on Saturday and then as early as Tuesday! We serve some of the largest hospitals in the Houston area, so it was important for us to get back to work so the much-needed doctors and nurses could get to the hospitals. The dedication of our staff is very much appreciated.
We are asking you to join the Groome family in donating whatever you feel is appropriate to assist our Houston employees on their road to recovery from this devastating event. It will be months before some of them are able to return to their homes and some sense of normalcy and we want to show them that we are there for them.
We are hoping to be able to disburse the funds no later than 9/15/17.  100% of the funds received from this GoFundMe campaign will go to the employees affected by the storm. Thank you for your support!
