Grime Studios, Portland, Maine's ONLY 24/7 artist & music rehearsal space is relocating from Thompson's Point to 299 Presumpscot Street. This is Phase Two of the crowd funding effort. $85,000 will pay for the construction of approx. 27 individual studios, as well as soundproofing and electrical work required at the new warehouse.
