GREYHOUND CRUELTY VET FEES

I am raising part of the vet fees (total cost of vet bill was $687.30) for my mum's greyhound which I seized from a so called foster carer.
Liza is a 10 years old greyhound who is blind in one eye with cataracts and was given to this foster carer in early January this year, to find a home after Liza's owner died in hospice last year. Liza was his much loved pet and my mum was looking after her for him until her ill health determined that she could not keep caring for so many pet dogs left behind by the owner. She managed to rehome many of the greyhounds except Liza and a foster carer came forward to offer to help.
The foster carer contacted me on the weekend at 5 am in the morning and told me they found Liza with a huge chunk ripped out of her back but that it was nothing to worry about and they would be treating her at home themselves with warm salt water.
I was concerned and did not like the sound of it and my instinct was to go visit this foster carer as I felt responsible for placing Liza there.
When I noticed the horrendous state of her injury and her emaciated, flea ridden condition, I made the decision to get her back and have her rushed to my vet.
The foster carer kept insisting Liza didn't need vet treatment but now I realise why she said that.. she would not have wanted the vet to report her for Liza's emaciated condition.
Liza had life saving surgery last night and is doing great so far, up and walking and her crater like wound stitched up with amazing skill by the vet.
Currently, the foster carer has been reported and being investigated by RSPCA and hopefully the rest of the greyhounds she has in her possession can be saved too, if they are in anything like the condition Liza was in.
My mum is so happy that I have rescued Liza and I have promised her that I will provide Liza with a permanent home here so mum can visit her anytime she likes.
It would help my mum so much if Liza's vet bill could be paid off asap <3
