Green Heart Rescue's First Dog!

Green Heart Rescue, INC is a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog organization located in the Boise, Idaho area. Our tax exempt ID is 83-0583038. We are very excited to be rescuing our very first dog. Her name is Tara...she's a German Shepherd mix and she's approximately 12-13 years old. Thanks to the generous offer of a volunteer who is not only transporting Tara, but also fostering Tara, we were able to pull Tara from Cedar City shelter in Utah. The shelter is getting full and Tara is very stressed due to the shelter environment. Since Tara is an older girl, we will need to take her to our vet for a senior check-up, which will include blood work. Also, since our nonprofit is still in the beginning stages, so we are still working on establishing funds. Please welcome Green Heart Rescue, INC to the rescue community and say hello to our very first rescue dog, Tara. Our very generous volunteer, Heidi, will be making a round trip from Idaho to bring Idaho to Green Heart Rescue.
