Great North Run for NF2

I am running the Great North Run in September, I am hoping to raise at least £500 for The Neuro Foundation.
My nephew Jack has NF2 and is only 12 years old, he so far has had a major operation which was a success but we know there will be many more and the more money we raise then the more research can be done and hopefully find a cure for this horrible condition.
Everyday a baby is born in the UK with Neurofibromatosis. It is one of the most common genetic disorders that causes tumours to grow on the nerve endings in any part of the body. There are over 25,000 people in the UK affected by the condition and as yet, there is no cure.
