My brother in-law has had a major stroke and the family has no health insurance. The bills will probably hit a million dollars not including the loss of his income.
Our dear family member, friend and co-worker Fred Twaddle suffered a massive stroke on Friday, April 19th, 2019 and was found unresponsive in his vehicle in the afternoon. He was rushed to Doylestown hospital where he underwent emergency surgery to remove a clot in his brain. Later that evening he was transferred to Jefferson where he had additional surgeries to help relieve pressure on his brain and to undergo further treatment and tests.
Fred is the ultimate family man, a loyal friend and a trusted co-worker who goes out of his way to make those who share time around him smile and be happy.
Fred loves his wife Robin, children Rob, Kelly and Stephanie and dog Jade above anything else. The sudden nature of this scary event along with the complications of being uninsured, the unexpected financial burden that comes along with such unexpected traumatic events add additional stresses.
