Grant more wishes to the sick

The HoneyRose Foundation helps people who are suffering with cancer, terminally ill or have a life threatening illness (aged 40 years and above) to do something special with their families before the end of their life to create lasting memories.  We have numerous fundraisers each year. We are the only charity in the country to help this age group in this way.  Wishes we have granted include arranging a couple to marry before the groom died from cancer, taking a family to their favourite football ground, meet the team, tour the stadium and watch a top match from a box. 
As a result of increased rental and rates on our property costing us £36,000 every year we have a backlog of wishes to fulfill.  Without these costs we would be able to fulfill an additional 70-80 memorable wishes every year.  Therefore, we are seeking to purchase our building in order to be able to use all our income from our charity shop to grant the wishes.
