Help Us Save Grandma Cheryl From Cancer!
Cheryl is the mother of three daughters and has grandchildren who love her very much and always look forward to her visits.
But Grandma Cheryl has triple-stage breast cancer and may not be in their lives much longer.
She's done the chemo. She's had the radical mastectomy. She even has hair again! Still, after a period of hope, she has new lumps and weakness. Barring a miracle or access to further treatment, she has maybe a year left.
There is a treatment that has shown strong results, but Cheryl can't afford it. She never had the chance to accumulate the wealth or afford the fancy insurance to cover such massive medical expenses.
Cheryl has been blind since her middle teens, for reasons that just don't make sense to a normal person. And being blind, she has suffered the kidnappings and abuses that go with not being able to see trouble coming. Yet she is not complaining.
Through it all, she raised three daughters as a single mother, and many times walked to market in every kind of weather wearing a backpack to fetch food.
Cheryl has been remarkably accomplished despite her blindness and alongside raising a family. She got an education, became a counselor, and helped other people with their problems. Before she was stricken this last year, she continued to be of service to her friends and in support of our work.
In fact, she was set to begin formal training in our PTSD counseling method when she fell ill. That's our connection and why we're administering this gofundme for her.
We want to send her to the treatment center she hopes will be her solution. But even we, her friends where she lives now, can't afford to do that alone. So we're asking you, the crowd, to pitch in.
The treatment is Enhanced Gerson and Advanced Immunotherapy, and it is delivered at CHIPSA Hospital .
CHIPSA is known as The Original Gerson Therapy Hospital. They have been on the forefront of advanced cancer treatments and immunological therapies for over 38 years, including the Gerson protocol, immunotherapy for the remission of cancer and the treatment of other degenerative diseases.
CHIPSA Hospital established the first multidisciplinary integrative medical protocols in North America, using the Gerson Diet and Protocols integrated with advanced immunity enhancing protocols currently recommended by the National Institute of Health (NIH).
The hospital has made arrangements so that Cheryl can get started before it's too late, if she can just cover her travel and expenses and get there with the first $18,000.00. If it does raise enough to cover all the costs and Cheryl survives, any surplus will be used toward her ongoing maintenance.
If it raises enough to cover all the costs and yet Cheryl does not survive, we will use any surplus to settle her affairs so to prevent financial hardship befalling her daughters.
