Daughter desperately needs elec W/C

MICHELLE  has cerebral palsy and has never been able to take care of herself. Need help to get a wheelchair so she  can get to Dr. appointments and go visit her friends and family and do activities like she did when we lived in Milwaukee, ex: bowling and gatherings with her support group for people with cerebral palsy. She has not seen or had contact with her friends or support groups for 2 years  because we have no way of getting her there. She is depressed and lonesome most of the time so her nieces try to cheer her up which only works for a little while .Any amount would help. Please if you can help that would be a blessing.
