Help for Baby Anna

My Sweet Baby Anna is very sick and having 10 or 12 seizures per day. She is very weak and I can barely get her to swallow a few bits of liquid food at a time. I feel helpless not being able to help her or take her to the vet. I just want my Baby to have a chance to live and be pain free. Thank You & God Bless!
