FALL ON NYC SUBWAY TRACKS recovery.

Thank you for taking time to read MY STORY.   My name is Gordon Silva, a NYC ACTOR  who manages the BARS at GOTHAM Comedy Club.  After 30 years of becoming a NYer my luck was coming  around, I worked on two tv shows over this last summer and was called  back for a BROADWAY SHOW  directed by Robert DeNiro and Jerry Zaks.  A BRONX TALE.   Life was looking good, real good then on a night off from work, MY LIFE TURNED THE OTHER WAY.  I  fell onto the SUBWAY TRACKS, most people's NIGHTMARE.   So lucky for me, A GOOD SAMARITAN saved my life, and lifted, pulled or whatever to raise me up the six feet needed to get me back on the platform.   MY LIFE WAS SAVED.   I woke up  in intensive care at BELLVUE hospital on October 4, 2015.  My injuries were the following:  a fractured skull, bleeding on the brain, fractured face, missing front tooth, nineteen fractured (broken ribs) yes 19, broken skalpula, traumatized left hip,  fractured upper spine.  I am very lucky to be alive not just from the fall, but WHERE I FELL, on the SUBWAY TRACKS , missing the third rail, and  on coming trains.  I want to find the good samaritan to thank personally. 
I am trying to raise money to pay for RENT, MEDICAL EXPENSES, MEDICINE, CO-PAYS, LIVING EXPENSES, TRAVELING TO AND FROM HOSPITAL AND DOCTOR FOLLOW UPS, PRESCRIPTIONS, 
I was hospitalized from October 4, till the 19th.  A week later was re-admitted through the emergency room with a lung on the verge of collapse.  My broken ribs caused air pockets that fluids filled and had to have the lung drained.  Another five days in hospital.  Now that is behind me with recovery coming slowly.  I need the funds (your help as soon as possible.)  I am down to the bottom of my checking account, the rent is a couple months behind, the medical bills are coming in, I have no money for physical therapy, etc. etc.   I have made it this far by the love of my TRUE FRIENDS.  I have learned its not what you say, its what you do.  I have had friends do some of the most amazing things, like just show up, in the hospital  un expected, true surprise to know they cared.  It woud mean alot to me that you did what you could.  I always live by that code.  "you do what can with what you got"  I have a ways to go with several operations one hip and one spine on the table?  The Drs have not given me a return to work date, or even if I can go back to work.
I am truely  humbled by asking for help,  I am very thankful to feel one with everyone.  Anyone can fall and we all will.   We are not alone.  Proverbs 16; 18 "Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall." I would like to ask all my FRIENDS AND FAMILY, AND MY DEAREST FRIENDS TO DO WHAT YOU CAN.  May everyone be better than well.
