Good Vehicle for Chemo Patient

This is David. He is undergoing chemo treatment every two weeks and his 12 year old minivan caught fire & is beyond repair. His need is for a reliable used vehicle.
He is a single father of 3. Their ages are 5, 9 & 13. David is permanently disabled and needs frequent physician follow ups.
David has Crohn's disease, he has had this debilitating disease since he was 8 years old. The amount of surgeries he has had are so many I have forgotten the number but, I know it is well over 20. All conventional medicines and therapies no longer help, so his team of physicians has deemed chemotherapy to be the right option for now.
His only source of income are Disability benefits.
He must have a working vehicle to get back and forth for his medical procedures as well as daily life.
His need is immediate since he has no vehicle at all and has to rely on friends for rides.
