The Perrys have celebrated more than 45 years in music ministry. In 1985, they hired bass singer Tracy Stuffle. In the following years Libbi Perry and Tracy Stuffle unexpectedly fell in love and would eventually be married. Since then, Libbi and Tracy have been the foundation of the Perrys' ministry and are some of the most recognized voices in southern gospel today.
As many of you know, in January 2013 Tracy suffered a massive stroke, which in these past five years resulted in numerous hospitalizations and mounting medical costs. Tracy won his battle and earned his reward as he entered into heaven Sunday morning February 4, 2018.
As President of the SGPA, I not only have personal knowledge of the impact of their ministry, I have heard testimonies through the years of their faithfulness to the Lord and their giving hearts. Now it is our turn as a southern gospel community to rally around Libbi and help her with the financial burden that she is under. Not only is she left with the medical expenses, with his pre-existing conditions, Tracy was unable to obtain life insurance. So, Libbi now has the added cost of funeral expenses.
The only way this fundraiser will be truly successful is through your giving and making others aware of this fundraiser.
All funds will be directed to Libbi personally.
