Godzilla's Tail Surgery
Donation protected
Hello All!
My 6-week old kitten, Godzilla, was found on the side of the road and my roommate and I decided to take him home and take care of him. He has become our emotional support animal. When we found him his tail was already broken. Unfortunately, neither I or the vets realized that the tail was broken to the point that no blood flow was getting to the rest of the tail. It has been slowly decaying until it just fell off. Part of the bone is sticking out of the remainder of the tail which means that the tail will have to be amputated.
I am low on funding for his surgery and medicines since both my roommate and I are in college. It would mean so much to both of us if we can get his tail fixed so he can live a long happy life. His tail would need to be fixed as soon as possible. Hopefully, we can get the surgery done by the 26th of October.
I am exceedingly afraid that if we can't afford to get the tail amputated that we will have to put him down. The bone is poking out from where the rest of his tail was. This causes very high risks of infection which would be the reason if the amputation does not happen we will have to put him down.
Any amount of money that can be donated would help so much.
