Support Donel Thompson

Our Dear Friend and co-worker Donel Thompson recently had surgery to remove a 2x1 inch growth on her thyroid.     After waiting for a month for various labs to test the growth  (Dr. said he didnt think it was cancerous)  he said no one here could figure it out,   so
they sent it to the Mayo clinic for testing and she finally received word it was in fact cancer-
" Wells Differentiated Fellicular Carcinoma"
Now she has to have surgery again to remove the other side of her thyroid and is not sure if it has spread.

This woman is very special as she does many things for many people without any hesitation. She is so selfless and runs circles around all of us at work!

Donel and her husband have four children, one of whom is serving on a mission in Peru.
This illness has prevented Donel from working and has resulted in financial hardship for their entire family.
