in dire need

maxed out my credit & took out loans to pay medical debts.i was then fired from my job of 10yrs due to the medical issue. only work i've been able to get since is insufficient to pay off any of the debts.living on ramen noodles & hope.i can no longer afford my monthly prescriptions.i need help. anything would be appreciated greatly. thank you.
