Give the Gift of Nature

People living with psychiatric disabilities don't often get to experience the healing powers of nature in a safe place, surrounded by like minded people. Help us make a difference in someone’s life with the gift of love, nature and friendships.  

For $185 per person, you can facilitate healing by sponsoring mentally challenged men and women from all walks of life to participate in a 4 day Mountain Respite Campout. Donations small and large are welcomed and truly appreciated.

This is a place where a person can let down their guard and just be themselves; for some it will be the light at the end of a dark, scary road. At the Mountain Respite Camp, participants can hike, swim, craft, walk tightropes, and build campfires - all in a communal atmosphere, surrounded by the peace of nature and grace of friends.

Being given this chance to decompress and take a “mental health break” aids in the wellbeing of anyone with psychiatric challenges.

We are hoping to sponsor at least 20 people for our 2018 session. Please consider a donation to send someone to Mountain Respite Camp.
