In Need of a Little bit of Magic
Hello and welcome! I'm Amanda, a mother, an artist, a writer and a witch. I am a solopreneur of Magical Musings blog and business site.
I'm a domestic violence/abuser survivor, but I am working towards being a THRIVER. My social security check barely covers my bills. Just about every month I skip meals to make sure my son can eat his fill and keep clean diapers on his bum. He is so sweet, so loving - to anyone he meets not just our family! He deserves to go to Disney world someday soon, deserves to get a $5 toy every day he is really helpful - but I can't give him what he deserves. I could though! And that is where you come in.
If could spare even a few dollars, and then tell a friend about my cause, it would mean the world to me. Just a small donation from you, and a small donation from your friend, and their friend - you get the idea. Even if you can't contribute, sharing my page with someone that has a few dollars to spare would be greatly appreciated.
That contribution is more than money, it is a little bit of magic that brings my dreams just a bit closer to reality. I have the skills, the determination, and the know-how to run a successful business. I just need a computer that is powerful enough to handle it.
In addition to giving my son a better life, and using my skills and experience to encourage my readers to reclaim sovereignty over their lives, there is one other driving force behind my business. I know deep down that if I meet my goal, a year from now I will be financially sound enough to donate to someone else's fundraiser or contribute towards a charity. While I don't allow others to use me or take advantage of me anymore, I still have a deep-rooted desire to help those in need. When I have worked for 14 hours every day for a week, and still have things left to deal with, what keeps me motivated is knowing that I have the potential to help more than just my son and myself. So, like I said, your donation would be more than just money. It is magic that will transform my life, so I can work towards improving the lives of others.
Many thanks and many blessings to you and yours!
