Tara is a single mother of 2 beautiful children, who had everything going for her until she was hit with the devastating news, YOU HAVE CANCER.

Tara Lee at the tender age of 37 was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer, on the 7th December 2016 whilst the world was getting ready for graduations, wrapping presents and preparing for the festive season with their loved ones, Tara was preparing herself to break the news to her two children about her devestating diagnosis, a conversation no mother wants to have with her children.

Tara is facing several months of treatment and will be soon forced to resign from her job. Along with this disease Tara will attend countless amounts of hospital visits along with medical expenses, rent, bills, childcare fees and the everyday costs of living. These financial concerns, no one should have to worry about whilst undergoing this life challenge to survive breast cancer.
It is an absolute honour to know and love Tara; you will quickly learn that Tara is a generous and compassionate person with a heart of gold who wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to help someone in need. Tara can light up the darkest days with her smile. Her love for life is infectious. Tara is the most hard working, dedicated mother to her two children who are her absolute
pride and joy. Her beautiful daughter Tyarna is 13 and her handsome son Xavier aged only 5.

**ALL DONATIONS WILL GO TOWARDS TARA LEE
FOR HER TREATMENT ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY**

I will now let Tara describe her journey so far.

When the doctor said the words you have cancer it was like time froze before my eyes. Being the only parent in my children’s life all that flashed in front of me was our happiest moments. Holding my kids in my arms for the first time, hearing them say mum for the first time their first day of school. To the silly things like kissing a sore better or protecting them from pain.
But how do I do that NOW when I am about to look them in their eyes and tell them this news. It’s meant to be Christmas I’m meant to help create their smile now I’m going to take that smile away.
My daughter Tyarna is so full of life and my son Xavier has a heart of an angel. My children, they are my best friends.
The questions that goes through my mind as a mother........
Who will hug them?
Who will kiss them good night, who will take their pain away??
Will I be well enough or even have hair to take Xavier to his first day of Kindy?
How will I afford to look after them, support them and provide for them?
The Doctors have told me I have DCIS Ductal Carcinoma in situ/foli invasive ductal her 2 positive. Stage 2 breast cancer which means all my female hormones feed the cancer.
I will have to have MRI’s, Radiation and Chemotherapy, which will then lead to surgery, therefore I’m not sure on how long I will be able to continue working for.
And that’s where it brings me to today
I’m about to start the fight of my life

Please join me and GIVE for HOPE may this be my SPEED HUMP not my ROADBLOCK.
