Gilmore Recovery Funds

On May 6, 2017,  Donnie and Delories Gilmore were struck by a car while on their motorcycle.  By the grace of God, both Donnie and Delories survived the terrible accident; however, both have a long road ahead as their recovery will take several months.  Donnie suffered two collapsed lungs, multiple broken bones, and spinal fractures that required an intensive surgery to repair.  He was air lifted from the scene and is still on a ventilator in ICU.  Delories suffered severe skin abrasions, a broken leg, a collapsed lung, and a broken pelvis that required surgical repair.  She also is on a ventillator in ICU.

This horrific accident and the burden of medical bills is compounded by the fact that Donnie, who has made a career in the oil industry, has been out of work for the last several months.  He had just recently gotten a call to go to work, but will certainly not be able to work for the foreseeable future.  Neither Donnie nore Delories have health insurance.

Funds raised through this campaign will do directly toward helping Donnie and Delories Gilmore recover.  We are hoping to cover at least some of their medical expenses and help pay their regular bills (utilities, insurance, mortgage) as well.  Any donation, large or small will be a huge help!
