Giavanna's New Wheelchair and Lift

Hello, I have never done this before, this is very hard for me, but it's for my Gia.
Giavanna is needing a new wheel chair. Because she does not qualify for SSI (I make to much money), and because I took her out of the public school system (because of abuse); Gia cannot receive certain benefits, outside private insurance.
We have had Gia's wheelchair for 6 plus years, and have taken it everywhere, from camping to therapy, and beyond; it's on its last leg; but most of all, it's not benefiting Gia with the shape it's in.
We are also getting a lift for Gia. As Gia gets bigger it's harder for me, or anyone else, to pick her up, get her in and out of the bath tub, or in and out of her chair. Both of these items will help Giavanna immensely.
BCBS will pay 90%, and give permission to put the order in, only after I pay my portion, which is $2000.
I'm hoping and praying with a little help from my friends and family I can make this happen soon.
