The Elevation Project Scholarship
Donation protected
OUR INITIAL GOAL WAS $500 AND IT WAS MET, WE ARE CHALLENGING OURSELVES TO KEEP PUSHING!!!
Why haven’t we cut the strings that are attached to most money given to seniors and addressed the lack of scholarship diversity for this population? In a changing society, it is important that we support the youth in any endeavors they are passionate about and award innovation as much as intellectual and athletic achievement.
The difficulty of applying for scholarships and receiving free money for college is one of the greatest challenges that is faced during senior year. What is even more difficult to do when preparing for your departure from high school is starting a business or pursuing a skill, talent, or dream.
This scholarship was created to allow one graduating senior at Graham High School to pursue their passion. The founding committee are all graduates of Graham High School Class of 2011 and have a desire to give back to the community. We are asking for each individual to donate atleast $20 to our cause.
The applicants will be chosen through a process, that includes an application and an interview. All seniors at GHS were encouraged to apply.
This scholarship wil be presented to the award winner at the Graham High School Awards Day.
