Ghosts emergency vet bills

Please help. My Ghost went missing on 1-19-2017. She was just returned home today 2-4-17.. She is extremely injured. Its a old wound but her back leg bone has punctured her skin and her bone is exposed. It also appears to very infected and her other back leg might be broken as well.. We are on our way to a vet clinic to have her looked at now but I don't think I can't afford the bills. We have two small children and live pay check to pay check... Please help her I have been desperately searching for her since the day she went missing and Im happy she is home but I fear I won't be able to cover the costs of amputation... Anything will help and would be greatly appreciated..
