IMMEDIATE NEED IN HAITI!!
HEART Ministries has partnered with principal Myrlene Clersaint at Tabarre Christian Academy with a sponsorship program which offers a well-rounded education to students in grades Pre-K – 7th. The great news is the school’s population has swiftly continued to increase. Unfortunately, the school IMMEDIATELY needs funds for teachers’ salaries, meals, uniforms, books, supplies, etc. until all permanent sponsorships are in place.
Until sponsors are found, the school will need $8,000 to cover current expenses. Of course, we will still be working diligently to find sponsors for the few remaining students still awaiting sponsors, and for students we anticipate will apply over the summer.
Most children in Haiti WANT to go to school because they know an education is needed to be successful and to give back to their own country. The majority cannot afford the tuition, but principal Myrlene Clersaint of Tabarre, Haiti will NOT turn away any child who desires to learn.
We know $8,000 seems like a large sum, but TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE THIS GOAL! If you believe in children who WANT to learn, please make a contribution and SHARE this with everyone you know! An education is one of the greatest gifts you can give.
