Once upon a time, there was a feisty redhead who went on a journey of self-discovery. After two divorces, she decided it was time to live a life that had meaning. She needed to live a life of being true to herself, rather than serving others.
A tumultuous year of work on her doctorate degree, being diagnosed with depression, a beloved pet passing away, and a divorce left her paralyzed with fear and shame. But our stubborn heroine decided she needed to make a change; a move. She decided to move to Washington where she could get away from the overwhelming compulsion to live her life pleasing others, and finally live a life that she could be proud of; footsteps she would be proud for her daughter to follow.
She set out on her journey, boxes packed and plane tickets purchased. She set off for the Lower 48, but her journey was stopped short when she got inexplicably caught in Fresno; trapped in a tangled web of confusion and an excessively complicated house sale. Her roommate to be had be trapped, and when she tried to come to the rescue, she too became trapped.
Now the only way for this headstrong heroine to make it out of the grasp of the evil Fresno is for her to raise enough money to pay for the rental car that has faithfully served as her home for the last two weeks, and purchase passage to the land of rain and Space Needles.
Will she make it to her new life? Will she fulfill her dreams of becoming the kind of woman she wants her daughter to grow to become? Only you can decide her fate~
