Getting mobile & moving to NC

I was hit by a car today while riding my bike & have a fractured wrist which means I'm unable to continue working my masonry job. I don't currently have medical insurance as of May 31st since I left Haynes furniture. I also, need repairs on my truck to help get me mobile as I'm looking to move to North Carolina in July. Any and all help will be much appreciated as I'm dusting myself off trying to move forward even though it feels like life keeps kicking me when I'm down. Thank you in advance.
